The year 2024 marks a special milestone for Wanger & Co SRL – the 10th anniversary of our activity! This important stage is a perfect opportunity to look back at everything we’ve achieved together and to express our gratitude to everyone who contributed to our success story.

How It All Began

Ten years ago, Wanger & Co SRL began its journey with a clear vision: to become a leader in chinchilla breeding and fur processing while adhering to the highest international standards. The first steps were full of challenges but also ambition. The idea of founding our farm was inspired by a desire to bring innovation and sustainability to this industry.

Starting with the acquisition of the first chinchillas from Wanger KFT in Hungary, we laid the foundation for a business that today represents excellence and dedication.

Achievements That Define Us

Throughout this decade, we have reached numerous milestones, each contributing to what we are today:

• A modern farm with over 5,000 chinchillas raised according to the strictest animal welfare standards.
• Expansion of our activities to include the production of specialized feed, manufacturing of cages and equipment, as well as fur processing.
• Strong international partnerships with organizations like FUR EUROPE, Furmark®, and the International Fur Federation, ensuring the quality and traceability of our products.
• Implementation of sustainable solutions, such as our photovoltaic power plant, enabling us to produce green energy and support sustainable development.
